Please read all terms of this agreement carefully. By using the BreezeCRM app, you agree to all terms of this agreement.
1. Service Description
BreezeCRM is a customer relationship management (CRM) application offering:
- Contact and customer management
- Project and task tracking
- File and document storage
- Reminders and notes
- Tagging and categorization
- Subscription-based premium features
2. Subscription Services
Subscription Details:
- Monthly and annual subscription options available
- Subscription prices will be clearly displayed before purchase
- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user in Settings → iTunes & App Store → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription
3. User Rights and Obligations
User Rights:
- Access to all CRM features based on subscription level
- Export and backup your data
- Create and manage contacts, projects, and files
- Receive technical support and customer service
- Provide feedback and suggestions
- Cancel subscription at any time
User Obligations:
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Respect privacy and data rights of others
- Not use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer the app
- Protect account security
4. Disclaimer
We are not responsible for:
- Loss of data due to user actions or device issues
- Service interruptions due to force majeure
- Compatibility issues with specific devices or operating systems
- Third-party service availability issues
- Losses caused by user violations of this agreement
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the app belong to Static Fire Technology Co., Ltd., including but not limited to:
- Software code and algorithms
- Interface design and user experience
- Database structure and features
- Trademarks and brands
6. Content Rights
Users retain all rights to their own contact, project, and file data. We do not claim ownership of your CRM data. However, you grant us permission to process your data as necessary to provide the service.
7. Agreement Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. Modified terms will be announced in the app, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the modified agreement.
8. Termination
We may terminate services in the following cases:
- User violation of agreement terms
- App operation cessation
- Legal or regulatory requirements
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of your country of residence and applicable international laws.
