3. Data Storage and Processing

• All photo analysis is performed locally on your device
• Transferred resources are stored locally in the app's sandbox

• All local data is deleted upon app uninstallation

4. Photo Library Access

Our app requires access to your photo library to:

• Scan and analyze photos for duplicates and similar images
• Identify screenshots, large images, and videos
• Compress photos and videos
• Transfer resources to app storage
• Delete photos with your explicit confirmation
• You can revoke photo library access at any time in device Settings

5. Resource Transfer Feature

When you use the resource transfer feature:

• Transferred photos and videos are stored in the app's local storage
• Original photos remain in your photo library unless you choose to delete them
• Transferred resources can be exported or deleted at any time
• We do not have access to your transferred resources

6. Subscription Services

Regarding subscriptions:

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings → iTunes & App Store → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription

7. Data Security

We implement the following measures to protect your data:

• Local data processing without cloud uploads

8. Children's Privacy
