3. Data Storage and Processing

Regarding data processing, please note:

• All your files are stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account (if sync is enabled)
• We do not access, view, or share your files without your explicit consent
• Secret Space files are encrypted with your password and cannot be accessed by anyone else
• All file data is deleted upon app uninstallation
• Analytics data uses Apple's privacy-preserving analytics service
• No file content is transmitted to our servers

4. Secret Space Security

Our Secret Space feature provides enhanced security:

• We do not store or have access to your Secret Space password
• If you forget your password, we cannot recover your Secret Space files
• Secret Space files are hidden from regular file browsing
• Access is only possible through the search box with the correct password

5. iCloud Integration

When you enable iCloud sync:

• Files are synchronized using Apple's iCloud service
• We do not have access to your iCloud data
• Sync is governed by Apple's privacy policy
• You can disable iCloud sync at any time in the app settings

6. Subscription Services

Regarding subscriptions:

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings → iTunes & App Store → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription

7. Data Security

We implement the following measures to protect your data:

• Local data encryption storage
• Secure file processing mechanisms
• Password-protected Secret Space with strong encryption
• Regular security reviews
• Strict internal access controls

8. Children's Privacy

Our application is suitable for users aged 4 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us for deletion.
