1. Service Description

Private Folder Value - Safe is a secure file management application offering:

• File and folder organization
• Secure file storage and management
• Secret Space with password protection
• iCloud synchronization across devices
• File creation, editing, and sharing
• Subscription-based premium features

2. Subscription Services

Subscription Details:

• Monthly, annual, and lifetime subscription options available
• Subscription prices will be clearly displayed before purchase
• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user in Settings → iTunes & App Store → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription
• Lifetime purchases are one-time payments with no recurring charges

3. User Rights and Obligations

User Rights:

• Access to all file management features based on subscription level
• Store and organize unlimited files (premium users)
• Create and manage folders and files
• Use Secret Space for sensitive file protection
• Synchronize files via iCloud
• Receive technical support and customer service
• Provide feedback and suggestions
• Cancel subscription at any time
• Export and backup your data

User Obligations:

• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Respect privacy and data rights of others
• Not use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not store illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission
• Not attempt to reverse engineer the app
• Protect account security and Secret Space passwords
• Not share Secret Space passwords with unauthorized persons

4. Secret Space Terms

Regarding Secret Space functionality:

• You are solely responsible for remembering your Secret Space password
• We cannot recover forgotten Secret Space passwords
• Loss of Secret Space password will result in permanent loss of encrypted files
• Secret Space files are encrypted locally on your device
• We do not have access to Secret Space content or passwords

5. iCloud Integration

When using iCloud sync:

• Files are synchronized using Apple's iCloud service
• iCloud sync is subject to Apple's terms and conditions
• You are responsible for managing your iCloud storage space
• We are not responsible for iCloud service interruptions
• You can disable iCloud sync at any time

6. Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

• Loss of data due to user actions, device issues, or forgotten passwords
• Service interruptions due to force majeure
• Compatibility issues with specific devices or operating systems
• Third-party service availability issues (including iCloud)
• Losses caused by user violations of this agreement
• Data loss due to app uninstallation or device replacement
• Forgotten Secret Space passwords and resulting data loss

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the app belong to Static Fire Technology Co., Ltd., including but not limited to:

• Software code and algorithms
• Interface design and user experience
• Database structure and features
• Trademarks and brands
• Encryption and security technologies

8. Content Rights

Users retain all rights to their own files and data stored in the app. We do not claim ownership of your files or content. However, you grant us permission to process your data as necessary to provide the service, including:

• Storing files locally on your device
• Synchronizing files via iCloud (if enabled)
• Encrypting Secret Space content
• Providing file management functionality

9. Data Backup and Recovery

Important information about data management:

• You are responsible for backing up your important files
• We recommend enabling iCloud sync for automatic backup
• App uninstallation will delete all local files
• We cannot recover files after app uninstallation without iCloud backup
• Secret Space files cannot be recovered if password is forgotten

10. Agreement Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. Modified terms will be announced in the app, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the modified agreement.

11. Termination

We may terminate services in the following cases:

• User violation of agreement terms
• App operation cessation
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Misuse of Secret Space or file storage features

12. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of your country of residence and applicable international laws.
